What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Pass tests
2. An utter shamozzle.

I'm not too concerned about 0.95 any more, but in theory it tests as many
treebuilders/walkers as are installed. I wonder if we should drop chardet
support, but that's a different issue altogether — I don't think anyone who
actively develops anything has it installed…

I've created https://github.com/html5lib/html5lib-python/issues/5 to make
sure we actually document stuff for 1.0b1 (esp. given that will ship with
failures in the testsuite).
